About ShirtStore — Textile Finishing with Experience

ShirtStore.de is the brand of BT Merchandising GmbH, based in Berlin, Germany. We see ourselves as a hybrid between a branded-textile wholesaler and a finishing workshop: you order blanks from top European ranges or have your textiles printed and embroidered directly in our facility — from one piece, EU-produced, with a transparent supply chain.

    Who we are

BT Merchandising GmbH was founded by practitioners from the advertising and event industry who were tired of the classic shortcomings of print shops and wholesalers: long response times, opaque volume pricing, minimum quantities that don't work for clubs and small organisations. ShirtStore.de was built to systematically remove those friction points.

Today our team in graphics, finishing, customer service and shipping handles a broad mix of buyers every business day: mid-sized companies kitting out staff with embroidered polos; sports clubs needing 11-22 jerseys per squad with back numbers and sponsor print; schools and senior-year cohorts ordering 50-200 hoodies in one wave; event agencies needing crew wear for trade fairs in three business days; and private buyers designing single pieces for stag/hen-dos, birthdays or gifts.

What sets us apart from classic print shops

Three points sum up our model — and they connect:

    1. Branded textiles directly from EU wholesale. We buy first-hand from Stanley/Stella, B&C Collection, Fruit of the Loom, Hakro, Continental Clothing, Russell, Mantis and Tee Jays. You receive verified branded quality — no interchangeable no-name stock. A detailed brand overview is in our brand world.

    2. In-house finishing in the EU. Screen printing, embroidery, DTG direct print, DTF transfer, flex print, flock print and classic transfer print run in our own facility within the European Union. You can trace who produces your textiles — we don't outsource finishing to third countries. Read more in the finishing hub.

    3. Hybrid model "printed or unprinted". Every item in our range can be ordered as a blank or finished — even mixed in one order. Example: 50 polos with chest embroidery and 20 polos blank for samples in a single order. That saves logistics, shipping and avoids double consignments.

The order profiles we handle daily

So you can judge whether we fit your project, here are four typical profiles from our daily work:

    • Company kit-out: A mid-sized engineering firm near Leipzig orders 80 Hakro polos with chest embroidery for field staff and reception every year — invoiced as a group order, with new staff added each quarter. More under business clients.
    • Club textiles: A sports club orders 18 home jerseys, 18 away jerseys and 6 goalkeeper jerseys per season — with back numbers, player names and sponsor print via flex print. Delivery at least 2 weeks before the season starts. Details under club textiles.
    • School and senior-year orders: A senior-year cohort orders 142 hoodies in four colourways with a shared cohort logo plus an individual nickname on the back. Delivered in one consignment, sorting by class included. More under schools.
    • Event crew wear: An event agency orders 35 black T-shirts with chest and back print for a two-day trade fair — order in on Monday, delivery on Thursday. Express paths run via personal consultation.

    Location, team and capacity

Our main location is Berlin. Management, customer service, graphics, the inbound stock warehouse and the finishing lines for screen printing and embroidery are all here. Embroidery jobs run on multi-head machines with up to 13 thread colours per motif — the standard method for polos, caps and workwear. Screen printing runs on carousel presses with a drying line; on runs of 100+ screen printing is regularly the most economic choice — more under screen printing.

DTG direct print and DTF transfer cover small runs and complex motifs. Flex and flock print apply to club jerseys, player names and technical fabrics. If you're unsure which method fits your order, we advise personally — your request via the bulk order form is answered within 24 hours at most.

    Our standards

We see ourselves as a reliable B2B partner. Concretely:

    • Response time: B2B requests are answered with a qualified quote within one business day — including price, delivery date and method recommendation.
    • Sample prints: On orders of 100+ we produce sample pieces upfront on request.
    • Invoice payment: For organisations, clubs, schools and public-sector buyers we work on invoice with 14-day payment terms.
    • Made in EU: Finishing in our own facility, no outsourced production outside Europe.
    • Data protection: Print files are archived or deleted after order completion in line with GDPR — with a deletion confirmation on request.
