For club logos with one- to four-colour designs from 50 pieces, screen print is the economical pick — from €0.80 net per print position. BG855 Roll-Top Backpack — the outdoor daypack

The BG855 Roll-Top Backpack is the outdoor and festival-crew favourite. 36 × 50 × 12 cm volume, 15 litres, polyester 600-denier, with roll-top closure (rain-resistant since water does not flow into the opening), tablet inner pocket, padded back panel and ergonomic shoulder straps. Load capacity up to twelve kilograms. 12 colours, four of them in heather finish (slightly mottled) for the urban look.

Typical use case: school class pack for a class trip (30–35 students) with class crest, outdoor club crew (walking club, mountaineering club) with club logo, festival organiser crew (40–60 helpers) with event logo, or premium promo order for tech conferences (goody-bag alternative to plastic bags).

Print recommendation BG855

Because of the many seam constructions and the roll-top flap, the BG855 is a more demanding print model. Screen print works on the front (max. 25 × 25 cm print area), but NOT across seam transitions — that holds for all print methods. Embroidery on the front max. 8 × 8 cm chest position. Flex print as a cost-effective alternative for small runs under 25 pieces. Unit price for 25 backpacks including single-side embroidery: €16.90 net.

BG30 Cooler Bag — the insulated event bag

The BG30 Cooler Bag is the most-ordered event-promo bag of the summer season. 27 × 28 × 21 cm volume, seven litres, polyester 600-denier with aluminium inner foil and PE-foam insulation (two hours of cooling at 5 °C bag content versus 25 °C outside temperature). With zip main opening, two side mesh pockets for water bottles, long carry strap. 10 colours in solid finish (black, navy, royal, red, bottle green, burgundy, anthracite, white, beige, lime green).

Typical use case: open-air concert organiser (50–200 piece summer-tour pack), organic market with weekend promo (customer gift above shopping value €50), tech conference with picnic lunch (goody-bag in a reusable bag), sports club with summer training camp. Print recommendation BG30

Print area max. 18 × 18 cm on the front, exclusively screen print or embroidery. DTF transfer on the insulated outer layer is possible but only holds 25–30 washes because of the aluminium inner foil (sufficient for an event bag). Unit price for 25 cooler bags including single-side screen print (one colour): €12.90 net.

Volume-tier pricing for BagBase sport bags

The volume staircase follows five bands — 25, 50, 100, 250, 500-plus. The strongest discount breaks sit at 100 pieces (–25 %) and 500 pieces (–40 %). The following prices are gross net including single-side print (one-colour screen print or small embroidery), excluding VAT and shipping.

For multi-colour screen print add €0.40 to €0.80 per print colour. Second print position (e.g. back) plus €2.90 per piece. For club bulk orders over 500 pieces we prepare a custom quote on request including consolidated-shipping options.

For summer training camps with cooling demand, the BG30 Cooler Bag as a season extension. 80 % of all club orders are Gymsac-only.

How much does a BG10 Gymsac with club crest cost at 50 pieces?

At 50 pieces with embroidered crest (8 × 8 cm, 5,000–8,000 stitches): €6.90 net per piece. Plus a one-off €25 setup fee for logo digitisation. Total therefore €370 net plus shipping for the 50 Gymsacs. For two print positions add €2.90 per piece.

Can I combine different colours in one order?

Yes. The configurator grid allows free distribution across all 15 colours per model. For the BG10 Gymsac e.g. 30× royal blue plus 20× black plus ten white. Total quantity counts for the volume tier — you keep the 50-piece discount even with a colour mix. For multi-colour finishing with different club crests per sub-team, a €25 setup surcharge per additional crest applies.

How water-resistant is the BG855 Roll-Top really?

The roll-top closure is water-repellent, NOT waterproof in the technical sense (so not IPX-certified). In brief rain or splash water the content stays dry if the roll-top is rolled at least three times. In standing water or submersion, water flows in through the zip seam in the side mesh pocket. For real outdoor weather we recommend the BG855 plus an additional rain cover.

Which print method lasts longest on BagBase polyester?

Embroidery: practically unlimited (outlasts the bag). Plastisol screen print: 50-plus washes at 40 °C without visible fading. DTF transfer: 25–40 washes, wash inside out. Flex print: 30–50 washes, washable at 40 °C. For club kit packs with high wash load we recommend embroidery or screen print.

Are BagBase bags OEKO-TEX certified?

Yes, all BagBase models carry the OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certificate. Pollutant-free for skin contact, so also approved for kids and school orders under the EU toy directive. Certificate numbers available as PDF on request.

How long does delivery take for 100 Gymsacs with embroidery?

Standard lead time five to eight working days including finishing and DHL EU shipping. Setup day one, embroidery day two to four (depending on embroidery-machine load), shipping day five to seven. Can I order BagBase with hi-vis reflective strips?

Standard BagBase models have no hi-vis reflective strips. If safety requirements dominate (school class trip with traffic exposure), look at the Quadra QS295 SLX Hi-Vis pack or a Result hi-vis backpack model. With BagBase, hi-vis demand is typically covered through colour choice (lime green, orange).
