You can order our textiles either with finishing or as unprinted blanks
ShirtStore is more than a classic textile shop. We sell branded blanks from European wholesale and combine that with an in-house online configurator for printing and embroidery. Concretely:
- Blanks without print: You need 200 unprinted Stanley/Stella "Creator" tees for resale, your trade-show booth or club stock? Add them as blanks. Dispatch within 24-48 hours on business days.
- With finishing: You want the same shirts with a club logo, class name or company wordmark? Upload your artwork to the configurator, pick the print method and position — we handle the rest.
- Mixed orders: You want 60 polos with embroidery and 20 polos blank as samples? One single order does it.
This hybrid model is especially useful for organisations rolling out branded stock in waves and for clubs ordering jerseys as soon as the squad list is final.
T-shirts, hoodies and polo shirts — our top-selling categories
Three categories cover roughly 80 percent of our orders — and that's exactly where most of our production routine, material know-how and consulting experience sits. If you haven't picked yet, our three category hubs help you pre-select by fabric weight, cut and finishing fit:
Print t-shirts: From a 140-g/m² promo tee for 200-piece runs to a 220-g/m² heavy-cotton with a premium cut — the base category for stag/hen dos, festivals, clubs, company events and personalised gifts. In the hub we compare every common brand model by fabric, sizing and price, so you can find the right shirt for your project. Quantities from 1, discounts from 25.
Hoodies with logo: Heavyweight hoodies (320-450 g/m²) are our most-ordered models for senior school cohorts, sports clubs, crew wear and company teams. We embroider or print chest, back and sleeves, combine front and back print into full designs, and produce mixed-colour sets with house numbers. Detail tips on fabric, cut and finishing methods are in the hub.
Polo shirts for business: Polo shirts are the backbone of every corporate outfit — from gastro service crew via IT-conference polos to the hotel reception team. The hub lists premium makers like Stanley/Stella, B&C, Tee Jays and Seidensticker, each with sizing tables, fabric profiles and finishing recommendations for chest embroidery or logo print.
Right for organisations, clubs, schools and private buyers
Our range and finishing serve four core segments:
- Business clients: Typical orders are 25-100 polos with chest embroidery, 50 hoodies for team onboarding or 200 event shirts for trade fairs and summer parties. We invoice on account, can group invoicing, and can hit a fixed delivery date for your event.
- Clubs: A typical sports club orders 11-22 jerseys per squad with back numbers and sponsor print. We produce season-ready and ship in one consignment — even with tight pre-season windows.
- Schools: Senior-year cohorts come in with 50-200 hoodies, often in mixed colours with one shared logo plus an individual nickname or house number. Class shirts run from 10 pieces up.
- Private buyers: A Father's Day gift, a stag/hen-do shirt, a birthday motif. The configurator starts at one piece and shows the final price live.
If you have a concrete request as a company, club or school, the fastest path is the bulk order request form — answer within 24 hours, often with a quantity-discount suggestion.
Workwear, club jerseys and corporate apparel — three use cases with dedicated hubs
Beyond the classic printing business we serve three specialised use cases, each with its own topic hub. The hubs collect material recommendations, quantity-discount tiers, sizing tables and best-practice designs from real customer projects in your segment:
Workwear & arbeitskleidung printing: Hi-Vis vests to EN ISO 20471, tough softshell jackets, work trousers, polo shirts with embroidery and 180-220 g/m² T-shirts for trades, construction, industry and service. We deliver finished set solutions (trousers + shirt + cap) including a stock-replenishment programme for growing teams.
Club jerseys & teamwear: Sports clubs, school teams and hobby squads typically order 11-22 jerseys per league, often with back numbers, player names and sponsor logos. We produce season-ready in a single shipment, print special sizes alongside the run, and deliver in tight pre-season windows on request.
Corporate apparel with logo: B2B buyers from 5-person startups to 500-staff companies handle chest-embroidered polos, reception uniforms, conference crew wear and event shirts with us. Group invoicing, payment by invoice, fixed delivery dates and individual quantity-discount terms are standard — for one-off teams or annual summer-party kits.
Which finishing fits your project?
We run seven finishing methods and advise which one suits your artwork, run size and fabric best. A selection:
- Screen printing — the classic for runs of 50+. Strong colour, very durable, low unit cost on big quantities. Top choice for club jerseys, event shirts and merchandise.
- Embroidery — the premium choice for logos on polos, caps, workwear and softshell jackets. We embroider up to 13 thread colours per motif.
- Digital print (DTG) — photo quality on cotton, possible from one piece. Ideal for hen-do shirts, birthday designs and small runs with complex gradients.
- DTF print — the flexible solution for blends, technical fabrics and small to mid-size runs. Brilliant colour, robust on polyester too.
A full overview with comparison table, minimums and price ranges is in the finishing hub.

We work exclusively with established textile brands and skip no-name stock. If you'd like a full overview of the range — including premium brands like Stanley/Stella, Russell and Mantis — our brands hub is worth a visit. Each of the 17 stocked brands has a dedicated page with sizing tables, fabric profiles, finishing recommendations and best-practice case studies from real orders.

How a configurator order works
- Pick your product — brand, fabric, colour and cut. Filter by organic cotton, technical fabric, heavyweight or slim fit.
- Pick size and quantity — more pieces mean a lower unit price. The first quantity-discount step starts at 25 pieces.
- Design your artwork — upload a logo, add text, set the print position. The system reads your file (PNG, SVG, AI, PDF) and shows a print preview.
- Order and have it finished — pay by invoice (B2B), Klarna, credit card or PayPal. We produce in 5-10 business days, express on request.
A detailed step-by-step walkthrough is in our configurator how-to.

"We've been ordering our chest-embroidered polos at ShirtStore for three years. The embroidery sits perfectly, delivery is reliable, and the support team is friendly even on the third repeat order." — Marlene S., office manager at a mid-sized firm in Leipzig
"Sample print received, approved, three days later 24 jerseys arrived at the clubhouse. That's exactly how it should run." — Andreas K., chairman, Sportfreunde 1907
Background knowledge on textile printing and finishing
If you'd rather dive into the topic before ordering — which print method holds on which fabric, how GSM values are read, or what a print-ready logo file looks like — our printing guides in the magazine collect dozens of how-tos, brand comparisons and material profiles. The magazine is sorted by topic: finishing methods, logo preparation, fabric know-how, brand guides and best-practice cases from B2B orders. You don't have to read any of it to place an order — but on bigger runs it pays off, because you typically save 1-2 iterations in the design process.
