    Ordering and configurator

From what quantity can I order?

Most methods from one piece. Digital print (DTG), embroidery, DTF, flex and flock are possible from a single piece. Screen printing only becomes economic from 25-50 pieces, since each ink colour requires its own screen. The configurator shows you immediately at what quantity which method pays off.

    How does the configurator work?

In four steps: pick product, size and quantity, upload artwork, place the order. A detailed step-by-step guide with screenshots is in the configurator how-to. Most private orders are done in 5-10 minutes.

Can I also buy textiles unprinted?

Yes, every brand and model in our range can be ordered as a blank without finishing. Resellers, clubs that finish in-house, or organisations topping up stock all use this. Dispatch within 24-48 hours on business days.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Private buyers: PayPal, credit card, Klarna, instant transfer and prepayment. B2B (organisations, clubs, schools, public-sector buyers): additionally invoice with 14-day payment terms — on first orders after a brief credit check.

    Finishing and methods

    Which print lasts longest?

Screen printing and embroidery are among the most durable methods — they typically outlast the shirt itself. On technical polyester fabrics flex print is often the better choice, because it adheres to sportswear better than print pastes. A detailed comparison is in the finishing hub.

What's the difference between DTG and DTF?

DTG (Direct to Garment) prints directly on fabric — ideal for cotton and photo motifs. DTF (Direct to Film) prints on a film that is then transferred to the shirt — ideal for blends, polyester and technical fabrics. DTG feels softer on cotton, DTF is brilliant on any fabric.

When does screen printing pay off?

Screen printing becomes economic from around 25-50 pieces and gets significantly cheaper per piece on large runs of 100+ compared to digital methods. The trick: the screen is made once, then each pass is extremely fast — unit costs drop sharply with volume.

    When does embroidery pay off?

Embroidery is the premium choice for logos on polos, caps, workwear and softshell jackets. Economically it works from one piece; cost depends on stitch area and stitch count. For complex full-area motifs print is cheaper; for logos with clear shapes embroidery is hard to beat.

    Delivery times and shipping

How long does production with finishing take?

Standard 5-10 business days from print approval. With simple motifs and small runs 3-5 business days are often realistic, with large orders requiring screen production rather 7-10. Express in 3 business days on request, provided stock is available and no special colour-blend is needed.

Do you ship to other EU countries?

Yes, we ship to Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Italy, Spain and all other EU countries. Delivery times add 1-3 business days. At checkout you see shipping cost and delivery time for your destination.

    What does shipping cost?

Within Germany from 4.90 EUR standard, free shipping from 99 EUR order value. On bulk orders of 25+ pieces freight conditions apply, calculated individually with the request.

    Files and print preparation

Which file formats do you accept?

PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF and AI up to 50 MB. We recommend 300 dpi for raster files or vector files (SVG/AI/PDF) when your logo is built from lines and shapes. For embroidery we need the logo as vector or a high-resolution line scan, since the embroidery file is generated from it.

My logo is only available as a small JPG — what should I do?

Send the file anyway. Our graphics team checks whether the resolution is enough for your desired print area or whether re-vectorisation is needed. Re-vectorisation comes at a small flat fee, communicated transparently in advance.

Can I get a sample print before a bulk order?

Yes. Against a small flat fee we produce a sample piece you'll have in hand within two business days. On orders of 100+ we offset the fee against the final invoice. Sample prints are especially popular for club jerseys with player names and for company logos on chest embroidery.

    Special requests

Do you also do special colours (Pantone) or neon?

Yes. In screen printing we mix Pantone colours individually on request, in digital print neon effects are limited. For very specific colour wishes we'd happily have a brief upfront conversation — write to us via the bulk order request.

We're a club — do you also handle jersey numbers and player names?

Yes. Club jerseys with back numbers and player names are standard at our shop. You send us the list, we implement it — typically in flex print, since it adheres best to technical fabrics. More under club textiles.
