Three Delivery Options at a Glance
Standard delivery — 7 to 10 working days. Our regular process. Your stock is ordered, finished and shipped. Suitable for the vast majority of orders with sufficient lead time. Includes mock-up approval.
Express delivery — 3 to 5 working days. With a surcharge of 15 to 25 percent we prioritise your order in production. Suitable when the date is approaching but there is still enough time for careful finishing.
Overnight — 1 to 2 working days. Rush order with a 50 percent surcharge. Available for selected finishing techniques (mainly digital print and simple flex/flock) and limited quantities. Contact us before ordering — we check feasibility and confirm in writing.

Delivery Time Table by Finishing Technique
Not every finishing produces at the same speed. The table below shows typical production times by technique — these add to the pure shipping time (1 to 2 working days within Germany).

Note: Embroidery takes longer because hooping, machine setup and the stitching itself take more time per piece. For urgent orders we recommend digital or flex print.
Where Production Happens
Finishing takes place in our facility within the EU. From there we ship directly to you. Short distances enable our reliable delivery times — we avoid third-party logistics with extra hand-overs. Made-in-EU quality means fair conditions, controlled finishing processes and on-time delivery.
Shipping within Germany and across the EU
Within Germany shipping uses DHL or DPD — standard 1 to 2 working days after production. Across the EU we deliver in 3 to 6 working days depending on destination. Express and overnight shipping on request. Tracking is sent automatically by email.
