Which finishing process fits trades?
In no other industry is the choice of process so critical — the wrong process means the logo cracks or peels off after 10 washes.
- Embroidery — first choice for polos, softshell jackets, vests. The logo is physically stitched into the fabric, surviving 80+ wash cycles and rough workshop wear. Recommended size: 8 x 8 cm chest logo.
- Screen printing — economical from 50 pieces and ideal for t-shirts worn under work shirts, marketing shirts for trade fairs or customer events. Solid colours, very crisp outlines, very long lifespan with correct washing.
- DTF printing — useful for functional shirts with polyester content (cooling vest, hi-vis shirt) and for complex logos with gradients. Adheres securely to any fabric.
For hi-vis vests and protective clothing please observe EN ISO 20471 — we finish only within the certified zones, without affecting the protection class.
