What you can do in the configurator
The configurator is the fastest route from idea to finished product — no upfront consultation needed. Concretely you can:
- Pick a product: over 200 models from Stanley/Stella, Fruit of the Loom, B&C Collection, Hakro, Continental Clothing, Russell and Tee Jays. Filter by organic cotton, technical fabric, heavyweight or slim fit.
- Mix sizes and quantities: for example 8 × M, 5 × L, 3 × XL and 2 × XXL — all in one order with one shared print motif.
- Choose finishing: screen printing, digital print (DTG), DTF transfer, embroidery, flex print, flock print or transfer print. The configurator shows which method is economic for your run size.
- Upload artwork: PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, AI up to 50 MB. You see a print preview on the chosen product, can adjust position and size and check how the logo looks on the chest vs. the back.
- See live pricing: the unit price updates with every quantity change. The first discount step kicks in at 25 pieces, with further steps at 50, 100 and 250.
Use cases the configurator covers well
The configurator is optimised for frequent order types. Examples from daily work:
- Stag/hen-do shirts (private, 6-15 pieces): in 10 minutes you design 12 T-shirts with nicknames on the chest and a hen-do motif on the back. Shipped to one address, split among the group on the day itself.
- Club jerseys (B2C/B2B, 11-22 pieces): you pick a technical T-shirt, upload sponsor and club logo, and submit a list of player names and back numbers. More under club textiles.
- Class and school shirts (B2C/B2B, 10-50 pieces): class shirts with motto or cohort logo, often with a shared front design and individual nicknames on the back. More under schools.
- Company event shirts (B2B, 25-100 pieces): crew wear for trade fairs, summer parties or roadshows. Chest and back position, often with sponsor logos added. More under business clients.
- Private single piece (B2C, 1 piece): birthday gift, Father's Day, mum slogan or personalised hoodie. Digital print or DTF deliver this in photo quality.

- Hakro — Made in Europe, tough workwear for trades and service sectors.

How ShirtStore works — the 4-step process
- Pick your product — brand, fabric, colour and cut. Set filters or search a model directly.
- Pick size and quantity — more pieces mean a lower unit price. You can mix sizes.
- Design your artwork — upload a logo, add text, set the print position. Live preview on the product.
- Order and have it finished — pay by PayPal, credit card, Klarna or invoice (B2B). We produce in 5-10 business days.
A detailed step-by-step walkthrough with images is in the configurator how-to. If you'd rather read up first — printing methods, logo file preparation, volume discounts — we recommend read up first: printing methods guide. For shipping, payment and delivery times, all conditions are bundled in the service hub. Looking for inspiration by event? What the configurator does NOT cover — when to write to us
The configurator handles 80% of orders. For the other 20% it's better to contact us directly:
- Special colours (Pantone): when you need a specific Pantone we should mix individually.
- Very large runs of 250+: we calculate individual conditions the configurator standard doesn't show.
- Combinations with finishing changes: e.g. chest embroidery AND back screen print on one product — possible, but more efficient with consultation.
- Sample prints before bulk order: tell us what you need, we produce the sample piece for your approval.
