Bulk order form: For requests of 25+ pieces please use the structured bulk order form. You enter quantity, model, print/embroidery wishes and delivery date — and usually receive a concrete quote on the same business day.
Phone consultation: Business days 9:00-17:00 CET. The phone number and direct line to our service desk are stored in the request form; on running orders you reach your contact directly.
Which channel fits your request?
To save you waiting time, a quick orientation:
- You're planning company kit-out (e.g. 50 polos with chest embroidery)? → Read the business clients hub, then complete the bulk order request.
- You're a club planning jerseys or club outfits? → Read club textiles, submit a request with squad size and season start.
- You're ordering for a school, class or senior-year cohort? → Check the schools hub, submit a request with quantity, sorting wish and delivery date.
- You have a technical question about a method? → Check our FAQ first, then email our advisory team.
- You want a sample print before a bulk order? → State this in the request form, we'll send conditions and lead time for the sample piece.
- You're a private buyer designing a single piece? → Start directly in the configurator, no consultation needed.
Scope of advice
Our advisory team supports the steps the configurator can't make obvious on its own. Concretely:
- Method recommendation — Which print method fits your motif, run size and fabric? Example: For 75 polos with a two-colour logo we often recommend embroidery on the front and flex print for player names.
- Material selection — Which model meets your standard (organic cotton, blend, technical fabric)? We compare 2-3 alternatives with price and stock for you.
- File check before print release — You send your logo, we check resolution, colour profile and print suitability — and come back with concrete notes if changes are needed.
- Delivery dates — If you have a fixed date (trade fair, season start, company event), we plan production to that date.
