For a 25-pupil class with single-colour class name, DTF is the most economical choice. For two classes together (50+ pieces), screen print becomes cheaper.
Configurator workflow — school trip order in 5 steps
- Pick the model. Classes 5–6: FOTL Valueweight Budget or Stedman ST2000 Kids. Classes 7–10: Stedman ST2000. Graduating classes (10/12): B&C Inspire Bio. Hoodies (all classes): B&C Open Hood (drawcord-free).
- Configure sizes and cuts. Per pupil name + size (XS–3XL adult, 98–164 kids). Women's cut (Stedman ST2600) for girls, unisex (ST2000) for boys. Volume ladder calculates over the total.
- Pick slogan or class logo. 25 prepared slogan templates in the configurator ("Class 9b Berlin 2026", "Year 12 — Sylt Crew", etc.). On request individual class logo with mascot or city skyline.
- Pick finishing. DTF one-sided for 25-pupil classes (multi-colour, fast, no plate setup). Screen print at 50+ pieces. Flex print for individual pupil names.
- Select collective invoice option. Class rep places the order, selects collective invoice option, sends class treasury address. We send photo proof by email to class rep for approval before production.

Recommendation: place school trip orders at least 4 weeks before departure. During high season (April–June school trips) production may also take longer — with very short lead time contact us directly via the bulk-order inquiry.
Volume calculation examples for typical class sizes
Class 25 pupils — Stedman ST2000 with two-sided DTF: 25 × €4.40 + 25 × €5.00 = €235 gross, less 10 % volume ladder = €211.50 → unit price €8.46.
Year group 100 pupils — B&C Inspire Bio with two-sided screen print: 100 × €7.90 + 100 × €3.40 + 100 × €0.30 (plate fee per piece) = €1,160 gross, less 25 % volume ladder = €870 → unit price €8.70.
Small class 15 pupils — FOTL Valueweight Budget with one-sided DTF: 15 × €4.50 + 15 × €4.40 = €133.50 gross, less 3 % volume ladder = €129.50 → unit price €8.63.
