Sample Service and Sample Prints — Your Confidence before Bulk Orders

Sample Print and Embroidery Sample — the Conditions

We offer three tiers depending on the size of your planned order:

• From 250 pieces planned — sample print free of charge. We produce a sample of your final design on the chosen textile. You receive it by post, review it at your own pace and then sign off. Free of charge across the EU.
• From 100 pieces planned — sample print at 50 percent discount. You pay half of the regular material cost. Once your bulk order is placed, the sample print fee is deducted from the order total.
• Below 100 pieces or without intent to order — sample print at material cost. You bear regular material costs plus a small handling fee. If you later place a bulk order, the amount is credited as well.

Request Fabric Swatches — Free for Business Customers

If you're not yet at the sample-print stage but want to verify fabric quality first, we send fabric swatches free of charge. The offer is for business customers — companies, clubs, schools, agencies, resellers.

You typically receive three to five sample shirts or polos in different brands (e.g. Stanley/Stella, B&C, Fruit of the Loom, Hakro), fabrics (organic cotton, blends, performance fabric) and cuts. This way you can compare wear comfort, washing behaviour and feel — particularly important for workwear, club kits and representative teacher polos.

The Process — Four Steps to Confidence

1. Send a request — You contact us with your project: preferred brand, fabric, finishing technique, motif and expected quantity.
2. Mock-up preview — We create a digital mock-up showing your design on the chosen textile. Position, size and colours are visualised. Iterations are free of charge in the consultation phase.
3. Sample print or fabric swatch — Once the mock-up fits, we produce the physical sample and ship it. Delivery within Germany typically 3 to 5 working days.
4. Approval and bulk order — You sign off the sample in writing. Only then does bulk production start. The final look of the bulk order is identical to the approved sample.

Process Guarantee: No Production without Your Approval

This rule is a cornerstone of our work: we don't start a bulk order before you sign off the mock-up or sample. This avoids costly misunderstandings — a misplaced embroidery or a too-small print is caught before 500 pieces are produced.

The approval is by email, documented on both sides and refers exactly to the verified sample — including Pantone values, print-area dimensions and position on the textile. For follow-up orders we use the stored specifications, so re-orders look optically identical.
