Bulk orders from 100 pieces typically ship as pallet shipment via freight forwarder — no flat shipping cost, individually calculated. For collective orders with multiple shipping addresses we gladly provide a logistics quote.

Shipment Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, you receive an email with tracking link to the respective carrier:
- DHL: Tracking link to dhl.de/tracking — live status, estimated delivery, Packstation options.
- UPS: Tracking link to ups.com — live status, delivery window, UPS Access Point options.
In your ShirtStore account (if available) you see all tracking data bundled under "Order History". On delivery delays we proactively contact you by email.
Pickup Points and Delivery Addresses
Packstations: DHL Packstation as delivery address possible — enter Postnummer and Packstation number.
UPS Access Points: available in nearly every German city (petrol stations, kiosks, parcel shops). With UPS shipping the nearest Access Point is automatically suggested on missed delivery.
Delivery to business address: ideal for B2B orders — delivery Mon-Fri 8 am to 6 pm to reception or warehouse. For bulk items please confirm reception capability in advance.
Multiple delivery addresses per order: for collective orders (e.g. employee gifts directly to homes) possible — contact us before ordering, additional logistics are individually calculated.

ShirtStore ships to all 8,000+ German postcodes — including Sylt, Helgoland, Rügen, Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Görlitz, Aurich. Islands may have 24-hour additional delivery time.
