Finishing recommendation — what suits Beechfield?
Embroidery is the classic for Beechfield caps. On the flat-woven front face of the B15 Ultimate 5 Panel or B640 Snapback Trucker, logos embroider cleanly — chest front up to 7 × 5 cm, larger logos up to 10 × 6 cm possible. Multi-colour club logos up to 6 colours.
On beanies (B45, B445) embroidery also works but the maximum size is limited to about 5 × 5 cm (front position, cuff area). The B445 Printers Beanie is explicitly optimised for prints (screen print/transfer).
Flex printing suits smooth caps with dense weave (B655 Vintage Cap, B660 Flat Peak Snapback) — clean flex foil results, also with reflective or glitter look.
