Season rhythm — when to order
Club orders follow a clear annual rhythm. The main season order is typically placed in June/July before season start, with delivery from late July to mid-August. Winter-season sports (ice hockey, handball) order September/October. Reorders for new team members or after damage happen year-round, typically 1-5 pieces per order. We recommend placing the main order at least 6 weeks before season start — that gives buffer for sample stitching, special sizes and unexpected team expansion.

Do you offer jerseys in women's cut for women's teams? Yes. Russell performance line has a body-contoured women's cut, B&C Inspire organic has a women's cut and Fruit of the Loom has individual models for women's sport. For women's teams we recommend ordering sample sizes first.
Can sponsor logos be printed additionally? Yes. Sponsor areas are printed in parallel with the club logo. We recommend providing all sponsor data in one file (PDF or vector) — this reduces setup costs and accelerates mockup approval.
