Do you offer body-positive sizes up to 5XL? Yes. Hakro Performance polo 922 carries sizes XS to 5XL. B&C Inspire organic and Stanley/Stella carry XS to 3XL/4XL. On selected models 6XL on request. For very wide size ranges we recommend ordering a sample size before the crew main order.

Can we personalise trainer names with embroidery? Yes. Trainer-name embroidery is standard. We recommend a uniform script (font, size, position) for the whole crew. Personalisation per trainer typically costs EUR 4-8 net per piece.

Are all materials chlorine-resistant for pool staff? Hakro Performance polo 922 is OEKO-TEX certified and chlorine-resistant. For pool staff we additionally recommend Karlowsky wellness tunic, the standard in swimming pools and saunas. Polyester blend fabric is generally more chlorine-resistant than pure organic cotton.

How does crew expansion work? We store your studio template for 24 months. For new trainers you send us name, size and any special-size requests — we reorder from the stored template in 5 working days.
