- Pick the model. Premium organic: Stanley/Stella Drummer or Stroller. Mass-market classic: FOTL Premium Sweat or Classic Set-In. Heavy variant: B&C King Sweat. Organic streetwear: Mantis Mid-Weight or B&C Inspire Sweat.
- Calculate sizes and colours. Volume ladder from 3 pcs (3 %), 100 pcs (25 %), 500 pcs (32 %) — cross-brand.
- Upload the artwork. Vector SVG/PDF for embroidery and screen print. PNG (300 dpi) for DTF and DTG.
- Pick finishing. Recommendation: embroidery for premium sweaters (Drummer, King Sweat). DTF for multi-colour designs on mass-market sweats. Screen print for high volumes above 100 pieces with single-colour motif.

Sweatshirt cuts explained — Crewneck, Set-In, Raglan
Crewneck (classic). Round-neck pullover with classic shoulder seam (set-in sleeves). The most common variant — clean shoulder line. Examples: FOTL Premium Sweat (62-202-0), B&C King Sweat, Stanley/Stella Drummer.
Set-In sleeve (classic). Sleeves are inserted into the classic shoulder seam. Variant of the crewneck, often cheaper, slightly less athletic look. Example: FOTL Classic Set-In (62-202-9).
Raglan sleeve (athletic). Sleeves run diagonally from neckline to underarm, without classic shoulder seam. Athletic look, often in sports apparel. Examples: some Mantis and FOTL sport sweaters. Important: raglan sweaters are particularly well-suited to embroidery of large chest logos because the chest area is available without seam interruption.
Cropped sweater. Shortened sweater variant (often women's line). On request via Stanley/Stella Stella line or the Mantis range.
Brushed inside vs. unbrushed. Brushed inside (e.g. Stedman Comfort Sweat, FOTL Premium Sweat) has roughened inner fleece — warmer, softer. Unbrushed (e.g. Stanley/Stella Stroller) is lighter, faster-drying.
Sweatshirt care guide
Wash temperature. Organic sweaters (Stanley/Stella Drummer, B&C Inspire Sweat): 30 °C. Mass-market sweats: 40 °C. Heavy sweaters with industrial-wash demand (B&C King Sweat, Hakro 471): up to 60 °C.
Wash inside out. Like with hoodies: print and embroidery don't directly contact the drum. Significantly increases print durability.
Dry brushed inside before first wash. So the inner fleece fibres "set" properly — after the first wash, additionally smooth by hand if needed.
Set the dryer gently. Sweaters with print or embroidery: low dryer setting or air-dry. Mass-market sweaters without finishing tolerate normal drying.
Protect logos and embroidery from the iron. When ironing, always from the inside or with a pressing cloth — direct contact with the iron burns plastisol screen print and loosens embroidery threads.
Volume discount for sweatshirts — example calculations
30 Stanley/Stella Stroller sweaters with two-sided embroidery: 30 × €22.90 (Stroller) = €687 + 30 × €10.00 (two-sided embroidery) = €300 → €987 gross, less 10 % volume ladder (30 pcs) = €888 → unit price €29.60.
100 FOTL Premium Sweats with two-sided DTF + chest-left embroidery: 100 × €16.90 + 100 × €5.00 (two-sided DTF) + 100 × €4.00 (single embroidery) = €2,590 gross, less 25 % volume ladder = €1,942.50 → unit price €19.43.
