Configurator workflow — T-shirt order in 5 steps
- Pick brand and model. In the configurator filter brand, then model. Recommendations: Stanley/Stella Creator for organic brand tees, Gildan 64000 for price-driven modern, FOTL Valueweight for club classic, Stedman ST2000 for promo, B&C Exact 190 for mid-range.
- Calculate colours and sizes. Order mixable (XS–5XL by model, women's/men's/kids' cuts). Volume ladder from 3 pcs (3 %), 100 pcs (25 %), 500 pcs (32 %) — cross-brand.
- Upload the artwork. Vector SVG/PDF for screen print and embroidery. PNG at 300 dpi for DTG and DTF. Logo-file tips: Prepare logo file.
- Pick finishing. The configurator recommends the suitable method automatically — DTG for photo on organic cotton, screen print for single-colour at 100+ pcs, DTF for multi-colour designs at medium quantity.
- Approve the preview. PDF preview before production. For Pantone sponsor colours a pre-press sample is recommended (€20–60, credited against main order).

An ad agency in Berlin organised a 3-day conference with 250 attendees and needed conference crew tees. Model: Gildan 64000 in black.
