How easy it is to design your cap
Four steps, no minimum order, transparent prices. You see the per-piece final price already in the configurator.
- Choose model — Snapback, trucker, beanie or Flexfit. Filterable by front material and colour.
- Set quantity — One piece or thousand. Quantity discount applied automatically.
- Upload or design logo — Vector (SVG, AI, EPS) preferred for embroidery. We check the file and get back to you if needed.
- Order and decorate — We digitise the embroidery motif, embroider or print and ship in 5–10 working days.
If you do not have a print-ready logo, our graphics team handles the preparation for a small flat fee. For embroidery jobs from 50 pieces, logo digitisation is free.
Which decoration suits the cap?
Caps have curved fronts and tight materials — not every printing process works equally well. Our recommendations:
- Embroidery — The standard process for caps. Premium feel, durable for years, perfect for logos on snapback or trucker fronts. Sensible from 5 pieces due to digitisation.
- DTF printing — For complex, multi-colour designs on flat front materials. Economical even at low quantities. Ideal for beanies and uncurved crown designs.
- Transfer printing — For detailed logos with gradients, mainly on flexible materials like Flexfit caps and beanies. From 1 piece.

Quantity discount — pricing tiers
The tier refers to the per-piece price (cap + decoration). Example calculation for a Beechfield CB001 snapback with logo embroidery (up to 8 cm wide, single side on the front):

The digitisation fee (one-off £35) is waived from 50 pieces. For multi-position embroidery (front + side) add £1.50–£2.50 per piece per additional position.
