How easy it is to design your bag
Four steps, no minimum order, transparent prices. You see the per-piece final price already in the configurator.
- Choose model — Cotton bag, tote, drawstring, daypack or sports bag. Filterable by colour and size.
- Set quantity — One piece or thousand. Quantity discount applied automatically.
- Upload or design logo — Vector (SVG, AI, EPS) preferred for screen printing. We check the file and get back to you.
- Order and decorate — We print or embroider and ship in 5–10 working days.
If you do not have a print-ready logo, our graphics team handles the preparation for a small flat fee. For bulk orders from 100 pieces, file preparation is free.
Which decoration suits the bag?
Bags are the prime example for affordable promotional runs — screen printing is the standard process here. But depending on the application, other techniques are useful too.
- Screen printing — The most economical process for bags from 50 pieces. Brilliant colours, very durable, one to four colours. Proven on Westford Mill and B&C cotton bags.
- Digital printing — For complex, multi-colour designs and photos. Economical from 1 piece. Ideal for small editions and personal gifts.
- DTF printing — For polyester backpacks like Halfar, since screen printing and DTG do not adhere well there. Robust feel, vibrant colours.
- Embroidery — Premium decoration for high-end cotton bags, mainly in the brand and resale segment.

Quantity discount — pricing tiers
The tier refers to the per-piece price (bag + decoration). Example calculation for a Westford Mill W101 cotton bag with single-side screen print (1 colour, approx. A4):

For screen-printing jobs, the print preparation (screen creation, film exposure) is spread over the quantity — that is why per-piece prices drop sharply from 50 pieces. Multi-colour prints add around £0.50–£1.00 per piece per additional colour.
