Configurator workflow — bag order in 5 steps
- Pick bag type. Tote bag (Westford Mill W101) for bookshops, organic tote (W801) for eco-brands, sports holdall (Quadra QS270) for club sports, laptop backpack (Quadra QD269) for IT consultancy, promo gymsac (BagBase BG10) for advertising.
- Calculate colour and quantity. Volume ladder from 3 pcs (3 %), 100 pcs (25 %), 500 pcs (32 %). For bag orders often large volumes (promo runs of 500–1000 pieces).
- Upload the artwork. Vector SVG/PDF for screen print and embroidery. For cotton totes, screen print is the gold standard.
- Pick finishing. Cotton bags: screen print (high volumes) or transfer print (small). Polyester bags: embroidery or transfer print. Quadra premium bags: embroidery for logo look.
- Approve the preview. PDF preview before production. For high volumes with Pantone brand colours we recommend a pre-press sample.

Bag care guide — keep print and embroidery on bags
Cotton totes (Westford Mill, B&C). 30–40 °C colour wash, smooth by hand before first wash. Screen-print logos hold at 30 °C over 30+ washes without visible loss.
Polyester gymsacs (BagBase BG10). Wipeable by hand, not in the washing machine. Transfer print handles a damp cloth without issue, but no scrubbing.
Premium polyester holdalls (Quadra QS270). 30 °C gentle wash possible but not recommended — better wipe damp. Embroidery on 600D polyester is exceptionally robust (100+ washes).
rPET bags (Quadra QS309). 30 °C maximum, gentle wash. Recycled polyester reacts more sensitively to high temperatures than virgin polyester.
Bag size overview. Standard tote (W101): 38 × 42 cm, volume 14 L, suits 2–3 books or promo set. Large tote (W210): 43 × 49 cm, suits laptop bag or sports crew. Mini tote: 25 × 30 cm, for small promo giveaways (stationery).
