Configurator workflow — polo order in 5 steps
- Pick polo model. Hotel/restaurant premium: B&C Pro Heavy Polo. Premium organic: Stanley/Stella Performer. Mass-market promo: Stedman Lux Polo + women's variant. Performance service: StormTech PG-1 or Tee Jays. Mid-range: B&C ID.001.
- Mix sizes and women's/men's cuts. For crew orders with mixed gender: Lux Polo Men + Women in one order — volume ladder calculates over total.
- Upload the artwork. Vector SVG/PDF for embroidery. PNG (300 dpi) for DTF. Embroidery logos need a minimum 8 mm type size for clean readability.
- Pick embroidery or print. Standard for polos: embroidery left chest (7 cm logo). For multi-colour designs: DTF print. Jersey numbers or names: flex print.

Polo cuts explained — Regular, Slim, Tailored, Performance
Regular fit (classic). The standard fit — relaxed at the waist, classic shoulder seam position. Examples: Stedman Lux Polo Men (ST3000), B&C ID.001, FOTL 63-402-0. Fits 80 % of men with normal physique.
Tailored (women's cut). Tighter fit at waist and hips, slightly shorter hem, narrower sleeves. Examples: Stedman Lux Polo Women (ST3600), B&C ID.001 Women, FOTL Iconic Polo Women. Important: women's-cut polo looks noticeably more valuable than the unisex variant on crews with mixed gender.
Slim fit (modern). Tighter torso, narrower sleeves, shorter hem on men's models. Examples: Stanley/Stella Performer (STPU331), Mantis Heavy Polo. Popular at fashion labels and IT consultancies with modern style.
Performance polo (athletic). Stretch (3–5 % elastane or 100 % polyester with H2X-DRY technology), tighter fit for athletic look, moisture management. Examples: StormTech PG-1, Tee Jays Performance, Russell 506M Pure Organic. Popular at tech conferences and service crews with sweat load.
Heavyweight piqué (workwear). Higher fabric weight 220–230 g/m², rugged piqué structure, often with reinforced shoulder seams. Examples: B&C Pro Heavy Polo, Hakro 815. Popular in trades, hospitality, logistics.
Polo care guide
Wash temperature. Premium polos (Lux Polo, Performer, performance polo): 30–40 °C. Workwear polos with industrial-wash demand (B&C Pro Heavy, Hakro): 60 °C.
Stretch collar before drying. Piqué polo collars can warp with incorrect drying. Hang immediately after washing and stretch the collar by hand.
Iron at medium setting. Piqué material tolerates ironing up to approx. 150 °C. For embroidered logos: never iron directly on the embroidery — iron from the inside or use a pressing cloth.
Do not directly tumble embroidery. Embroidery can wear out under intensive tumble drying. Recommended: air-dry or light tumble mode.
Do not iron before first wash. On first use, wash first, then iron — the piqué structure "settles" through the first wash cycle.
