Which finishing process fits events?
For events we mostly use processes with short setup times because delivery date trumps everything.
- Screen printing Express — economical from 100 pieces, short setup times, very stable quality for festival crews or trade show shirts. The most economical process for simple one or two-colour logos.
- DTF printing — very fast, independent of fabric, ideal for mixed-style orders (t-shirt + polo + cap with identical logo). Adheres well on polyester functional shirts.
- DTG printing — for small quantities under 50 pieces and complex designs. Ideal for VIP crew or speaker shirts with individual prints.
- Transfer printing — for very short-notice orders under 48 hours when screen printing setup takes too long.

The choice of style depends on season, sector and brand image of the event:

Volume discount and pricing
Event crew orders typically range from 50 to 300 pieces and so usually fall in the 10-15 % discount band. Express surcharges are transparent and shown separately in every quote.

Express finishing in 48 hours is available with a moderate surcharge. 4-5 working day express production is standard and costs less.

Logistics to the venue
We do not just ship to your address — we ship directly to the trade show hall, the festival warehouse or the hotel. Four logistics options:
- Standard shipping DHL/GLS to one address
- Multi-address shipping to several locations simultaneously (roadshow logistics)
- Hotel delivery with shipping date and recipient name at reception
- Trade show direct delivery with booth number and hall reference (in cooperation with trade show logistics)
